Qingshui River Park
Qingshui River Park, situated in Wanshou Village of Jitouqiao St. of Wuhou District, Chengdu, abutting on Qingshui River and bordering on the third ring Rd., covers 333.3 thousand m2. It was started to build in December, 2004 and finally completed in September, 2005, with a gross investment of RMB 22,300 thousand.
The park is themed with gingko the city tree and hibiscus mutabilis the city flower, and its historic connotation originates from Wang Jian, the emperor of former Shu Kingdom. The scenic area comprises such five major parts as a main gate scenic-area, a gingko plaza scenic-area, area of entertainment for children and exercise, lake bank scenic-area and forest oxygen bar of suburban field.
The park style is mainly based on modern gardens while blended with classical garden patterns in combination of ancient and modern, in which there is abundant vegetation and several large-size special-featured catering service spots with pretty complete fitting facilities for services; thereby it is a really hard-seeking large leisure & entertainment site in the outskirts of Chengdu.
